Master Schedule Overview

The Public Schedule is divided into sections.  You may jump directly to any section: Main & Exhibitor Setup  |  Expo Week  |  Post-Expo Teardown Days

The entire downtown portion of TimeQuake Expo lasts a total of thirteen (13) days from early on Monday, Dec. 8th, 2025, through late on Saturday, Dec. 20th, 2025.

Save the Dates! All of the TimeQuake general public events, one full week, are smartly scheduled for occurrence in mid-December to take intelligent advantage of the holiday shopping season fever, with event setup and teardown for exhibitors on the 4 days before the Expo, and 2 days after the Expo, respectively.

All TimeQuake Enterprises owners, managers and contractors will be physically present and available at the event location during exhibitor setup days, during the public expo event week, and during event teardown days, along with various security and facilities personnel.

Weather doesn't matter much since most "outdoor" areas of TimeQuake Expo (about 1/12th of the entire event..) are contained within those various enclosed facilities.

For security reasons only basic guidance info is provided upon this webpage.  Please reference your contract, drawings, maps and all other included items for full details.

Post-Expo Teardown Days

(Event Teardown Days: No General Public)

Friday, December 19th, 2025

Pretty much the reverse of Event Setup Days.  Many indoor and outdoor exhibitors will be done with teardown of their exhibit booth areas and meeting rooms, etc., by Friday late afternoon or evening (teardown work allowed from 8am to 11pm local time within most venues/facilities).  When a given exhibitor is finally ready to check-out, they will notify the associated TimeQuake Reservation Concierge who will stop by briefly to sign off on the given exhibit space or meeting room being finished, empty, clean, and with no visible damages (regarding refund of the given exhibitor client's security deposit).

[6:00am]  Security control of perimeter access ends, people fully free to walk either direction through the exit sides of gatehouses, event personnel begin to disassemble as needed and remove all tables, chairs and equipment from gatehouse interiors.
[6:00am]  Multiple crews begin simultaneously taking Expo perimeter sections apart, starting with certain street intersections towards opening up all downtown streets by the end of the day.  Jersey blocks and main materials returned to prestaging site.
[7:00am]  Multiple crews begin simultaneously tearing down Expo gatehouses, back into their transportable modules/sections, and returning those to the prestaging site.
[8:00am]  Exhibitor vehicles parked in garages all week finally allowed to leave/move.
[8:00am to Noon]  Ongoing limo service from both celebrity hotels to local airports.

General ongoing demolition of remaining exhibitor booth pipe and drape installations, various other cleanups, etc., during event teardown days.  Handling of miscellaneous after-show closeout items.

Saturday, December 20th, 2025

Exhibitors with the largest and/or most complex/involved Expo setups still finishing their teardowns, and TimeQuake Reservation Concierges meeting briefly/sporadically as needed for the same physical space checks and closeouts.

General ongoing demolition of remaining exhibitor booth pipe and drape installations, various other cleanups, etc., during event teardown days.  Handling of miscellaneous after-show closeout items.

Note:  A third day of teardown might be possible, but only at the convention center, and that with a significant surcharge fee, if certain exhibitors truly need extra time.
