Expo Exhibitors

This page explains and details the various indoor and outdoor exhibit display areas that are available for exhibitors to select from, including standard and custom floor booths configured by booth modules, meeting rooms, venues, utilities, and options.

Indoor and Outdoor VenuesAgain, this is a family friendly, indoor and outdoor consumer products expo, and also with employment, educational and related opportunities for those interested attendees.  All Expo exhibitor booths, display areas and meeting rooms are priced solely for the entire week, except the Jobs Fair and Education Fair areas (first 5 days only).  EVERY product and service offered by an exhibitor of any kind must be "hi-tech" (advanced, modern, best-in-class, similar).

On each of the seven (7) event days there will be over 400,000 people (potential customers) within the secured Expo grounds, so prepare for huge windfall sales.

Note:  Please also see the Exhibitors page on our TimeQuakeExpo.com website, and/or study the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

By The Numbers

Scattered around the world each year, there are several very similar "sister" shows that variously approach just 30-40% of the full-life #FutureNow products scope and spectrum of TimeQuake Expo (TQE).  The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held in Las Vegas and the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) are easily the two (2) most recognizable of those floating-repeating series of all-too-similar shows.

TimeQuake Expo (TQE) goes well beyond just "consumer electronics" to also include advanced products for literally every category in life, but here is a basic comparison:

The hardened security perimeter of TimeQuake Expo surrounds approximately 40 city blocks, or roughly 300 acres, in total encompassed grounds, and the various exhibitor areas include all of the larger venues such as the convention center, football stadium, basketball arena, and shopping mall, sixteen (16) hotels with meeting spaces, plus miscellaneous areas such as the dedicated smart home pavilion, and the #FutureNow Job Fair and Education Fair areas (which are only available for the first five days, but also therefore very generously discounted down to just 1/2 of regular space prices).

Shopping Spree Program

Unlike typical trade shows such as CES and IFA, at TimeQuake Expo there are several entertainment sub-events that involve various contests for significant prizes, as well as multiple random drawings each day for significant prizes.  Many prizes are “instant shopping sprees” of different amounts ranging from $100 up to $10,000 and are to be spent at “participating” Expo exhibitors/retailers whether in person at the Expo and/or online via promo codes.  Over $13M USD will be distributed to participating exhibitors via said instant shopping sprees - a statistical average of $4333-$5200 per exhibitor.

To participate in the tremendous benefits of the Expo Shopping Spree Program, your company must be able to participate... which primarily means having a website with shopping cart and promo code abilities.  There will be 33,610 instant shopping spree winners, including General Admission visitors physically onsite at the Expo plus all of the at-home winners who will use promo codes on participating exhibitors' websites.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Food and Drink Items

ALL food and drinks for consumption by the general public shall be provided and sold only by the different venues and/or their designated restaurant/concessions entities, the Expo food trucks, and brick-and-mortar restaurants inside of the Expo perimeter (and all similar shops, like each of the seven Starbucks locations inside the Expo...).

Exhibitors shall not under any circumstances either give or sell any food item, drink, or snack of any kind unto the general public, whatsoever.  However, exhibitors of all food and drink processing equipment (i.e., kitchen-tech appliances, 3D food printers, robotic drink mixers, etc.) may freely demonstrate their products in actual usage to the general public as long as no samples are consumed by the general public and all of the resultant creations (the cake, pizza, drink, etc.) are disposed of properly within two (2) hours afterward.  Indoor booths are available for water and drain hookups in the Convention Center only at an additional cost per corresponding utility order form.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Indoor Exhibitor Booths/Areas

Within all indoor venues, regular floor space for exhibitors is already mapped out via standard-sized booth modules, and an exhibitor then simply selects one (1) or more adjacent modules to create their perfect setup, which may be further enhanced via a corner, endcap, or walkthrough configuration.  Standard booth module sizes include 8'x8' (generally available only in hotels), 10'x10', and 10'x15', but other sizes exist.

CLICK FOR LARGE POPUP VIEWAn exhibitor may select any single module, or freely mix and match any two or more adjacent modules, even as differently-sized modules if they are physically adjacent to each other on the given floorplan.  A corner (single corner) or endcap (double corner) is slightly higher priced, and a walkthrough space is created using the appropriate two or more booths near/at the center of any grouped column or any grouped row.  Standard tables (6'x30", 8'x30", etc.) and folding chairs are available to rent for the week per your needs.  Click the image for a larger pop-up view of the various examples.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Outdoor Exhibitor Venue

NOTE: Certain kinds of products, such as motorized vehicles, are required to be in the Expo "outdoor" venue, which shares that NFL stadium field with DanceQuake, and utilizes much larger exhibitor booth sizes than what are available at any of the indoor venues, primarily to display a couple dozen various hi-tech personal vehicles, like actual flying vehicles from manufacturers around the world, also various hi-tech outdoor equipment like robotic lawnmowers, robotic snowblowers, and similar other hi-tech outdoor gear and items (sporting, leisure, camping, etc.), plus whatever else generally needs much larger exhibit and/or demonstration space, for various products that can interact with simulated "outdoor" conditions (sunlight, wind, etc.), and so on and so forth.  This stadium field venue is reserved for such "outdoor" products only.

While there are no provisions of any utilities for exhibitors on the stadium field, the sheer byproduct and draw factor of exhibiting-retailing within the direct presence of the larger DanceQuake concerts is an immense opportunity.  All the in-house audio speakers will be reduced to background levels for the seating areas to help facilitate normal conversation volumes in the "outdoor" booths themselves, since most seated attendees will be using earbuds to listen.  House lighting will never be reduced below half, while just the performance stage itself may be briefly dimmed at various times.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Whole Meeting Rooms

Whole Meeting RoomsMeeting rooms are available in nearly every Expo venue, they provide the ultimate professional "walk-in store" experiences for customers, and are available in different sizes, ranging from under 200 SF up to 1850 SF.

At this event, some meeting rooms are already subdivided into separate booth modules and the rest are each available as a whole meeting room, as may be reviewed upon the given matching floorplans.  Every whole meeting room will be an empty room, and we are not making any provisions for any of the three (3) standard seating arrangements, i.e., there will be no classroom style seat setups, no banquet style seat setups, and no theater style seat setups.  Meeting rooms, however, have various incidental benefits over standard exhibitor floor space, such as abilities to use full ceiling heights, adjust room lighting to suit, and be locked.

Boardrooms are the special case of meeting rooms.  Some boardrooms have one or more TVs/monitors, and may or may not have telephone landline connectivity, not to mention also that boardrooms have large conference tables with comfortable seating.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Exhibitors Limited to Certain Nations

REAL ID (or equivalent) compliance is required for every exhibitor and for all exhibitor personnel attending TimeQuake Expo.  This required parameter restricts attendance of exhibitor entities and desired exhibitor personnel to only those based/living within the USA, Canada, and/or within roughly forty (40) other nations currently participating in the DHS Visa Waiver Program.  For security reasons this requirement is mandatory.

If your exhibitor entity is based within a country not yet participating in the DHS Visa Waiver Program, you might still be able to exhibit at TimeQuake Expo if you have an established business subsidiary operating already for at least one (1) year within the Visa Waiver Program participating nations, and of course all your exhibitor personnel must still come only from approved nations, and pass all security background checks.

All exhibitor personnel must pass a security background check and receive their RFID wristbands to enter inside the Expo security perimeter during the seven (7) full days of the general public Expo event.  The costs of background checks and full-week RFID exhibitor-access wristbands are already included for three (3) of your personnel in the price of every exhibitor space, regardless of square footage.  Additional personnel are allowed for additional fees to cover the additional costs.  Your Reservation Concierge will be happy to explain and discuss the details and any options with you as needed.

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Exhibitor Logistics

For all exhibitors and for all exhibitor personnel traveling to TimeQuake Expo, and for exhibitors planning to retail their #FutureNow consumer product stock onsite at the Expo, below are important Expo resources to include in your logistical considerations.

All exhibitor personnel attending TimeQuake Expo get full free unlimited usage of the electric shuttle buses running various routes 24hrs/day inside of the Expo perimeter.

Note:  Every exhibitor must first complete reservation of Expo exhibit space, in order to receive an Expo exhibitor code which is required to reserve any downtown lodging and/or any parking inside the Expo perimeter under the name of that same exhibitor.

Exhibitor-Only Hotels

ALL downtown area hotels (including outside of the Expo security perimeter) are fully pre-reserved for the entire event...  Two (2) of those hotels are fully booked for Expo personnel, workers, celebrities, and etc.  ALL other downtown hotels are earmarked SOLELY for exhibitors to select and reserve, first-come first-served, also with several hundred RVs/motorhomes/trailers available onsite to lodge multiple people each.  In other words, NONE of the general public will be staying in any downtown hotels or in any downtown RVs/motorhomes/trailers -- everything is earmarked solely for event personnel, purposely including exhibitors as lodging in that majority of hotels/rooms.

The Expo lodging plan was made precisely to facilitate some 18k-20k beds available downtown, located mostly inside the Expo perimeter, so that many exhibitors could reserve rooms within the same hotel their exhibitor booth space or meeting room is located (if not the convention center or another Expo venue).  Of course, there are also many other lodging options available throughout the entire greater metro area, but using an RV/motorhome/trailer - if needed - is far better than being miles away.

Exhibitor Staff Arrivals

For flying in, all downtown hotels will be providing their complimentary airport-hotel shuttles, running Noon-9pm on Monday and 8am-9pm on Tuesday-Thursday (during the four exhibitor setup days).  Each hotel's shuttles will run frequently until all of its rooms are all checked in.  No matter which hotel you choose, you'll get a free shuttle ride to its front doors from the airport, guaranteed.  If your hotel is inside the Expo perimeter, you and your luggage will be security scanned upon entering the hotel.

For driving in, all parking garages inside the Expo perimeter (except for one garage used for handling all Expo electric vehicles) are reserved for exhibitor personnel who plan to drive their own and/or company vehicles to the event, perhaps also bringing event booth materials and/or retail product stock.  Surface parking lots are already reserved for various Expo needs, hence all exhibitor vehicles must be able to fit the height clearances of normal parking garages.  Vehicles must arrive on one of the four exhibitor setup days, may not be moved during the weeklong event, and may move and/or leave either of the two teardown days.  The $200 fee for each parking garage space is for the full event period of thirteen (13) days, regardless of how many setup days and/or teardown days the vehicle is parked in the garage.  Vehicles must pass through a vehicle scanner to enter into such parking garage.  Every parking garage inside the Expo perimeter will be security patrolled around the clock (24hrs/day).

Note to clarify:  If you stay at any other place located outside of the Expo security perimeter, then the above parking parameters do not apply, and you will make your own vehicle parking arrangements either at the same place or otherwise as desired.

Product Stock Arrival/Restock

Expo delivery trucks are restricted to the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL.  All delivery drivers will have passed strict security background checks.  There are two delivery schedules, only semi-trucks during the day (10am-9pm) to only the Convention Center docks, and only step-van sized delivery trucks during overnight hours (12am-7am) to various designated delivery points inside the Expo perimeter.

If you are exhibiting anywhere within the Convention Center, you may arrange for delivery of your retail product stock either simply to the docks staging area where members of your own exhibitor team can pick it up, or have it delivered directly to your exact exhibitor booth location or particular meeting room for an extra charge.

If you are exhibiting at any hotel or other venue you have four (4) basic options:
(a) during Expo hours, any authorized member(s) of your team can go pick up your delivery at the same Convention Center docks staging area; and/or,
(b) during Expo hours, you can have it delivered to your building and exact exhibitor booth location or particular meeting room for the extra charge; and/or,
(c) during Expo hours, any member of your team can receive a delivery directly to their Expo hotel room for the corresponding extra charge; and/or,
(d) you can bring and store your extra retail product stock via one or more vehicles parked for the week within an Expo parking garage, and simply retrieve more items from your vehicle(s) when needed.

Departures

Complimentary hotel-airport shuttle vans will again be frequently looping from each of the respective downtown hotels (running from 8am until 9pm on Friday and Saturday, i.e., during the two main exhibitor teardown days).

Reminder:  Exhibitor vehicles parked within Expo parking garages will be allowed to move/leave starting at 8am on Friday the 20th (the day after the public Expo ends).

For available cargo return of any leftover product stock, during the second half of the final public Expo day (Thursday the 19th) you may repackage your remaining items and take them to the same Convention Center docks staging area for return shipping via your selected carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).  Carrier pickup direct from your exhibitor booth, meeting room, hotel room or other location will NOT be available on this hectic final public Expo day, so please do plan accordingly.

Notes:

A third (3rd) teardown day (Sunday the 21st) will be available if needed for ONLY the largest exhibitors at the Convention Center (with a reasonable TBD surcharge per SF).

Please review the TimeQuake Expo Exhibitor Guide for more detailed information.

Your Reservation Concierge will be happy to explain and discuss any and all details including any and all relevant options with you as needed.
